About the International Parliament Programme 

The International Parliament Programme, also referred to as the International Parliament or ‘Parliament’, is the primary legislative body that recognizes and unrecognizes states, ratifies member-states into the MATO/OTAM Statue (See Statue). It may also refer individuals to the International Criminal Court Programme for prosecution under international laws.

Authority of Statements

Statements of the Parliament may only serve the following purposes and authority;

• Recognize states as being legitimate and sovereign

• Remove recognition of  states as being legitimate and sovereign

• Ratify member-states into the MATO/OTAM (See Statute)

• Make public statements about the thoughts of the Parliament body

• Refer individuals to the Criminal Court 

• Modify the Statute

• Negotiate withdxrawal agreements
