About the Office of the Secretariat-General

The Office of the Secretariat-General administers general services in the Organization.

Authority of Work

The Secretariat-General may administer or delegate the following work;

• Maintain and construct the buildings of the Organization

• Organize meetings by the Organs

• Forcibly call members of the Organs to meet after being instructed

•  Administer the day-to-day work of the Organization

• Publish actions, decisions, and statements by the Organs

• Carry out instructions by the Organs as requested

• Ratify recognized states into MATO/OTAM after signing the Statute.

• Anything that involves the non-political governance of the Organization
